Thus, shall every thankless one be rewarded.
There they will cry out: 'Lord, remove us hence' We will then do
good and not as we have done.' (But He will answer);'Did We not
make your lives long enough for any one who would be warned to take
warning? Besides, the warner did come to you; taste then the torment
of Hell. None shall help the wrongdoers.'
Allah knows the mysteries of heaven and earth. He knows that
which is inmen's hearts.
It is He who made you inheritors of the earth. He who denies Him
shall bear the burden of his unbelief. In denying Him the unbelievers
increase nothing for themselves except odium in the sight of Allah;
and their unbelief increases nothing but their perdition.
Say: 'Behold your partners on whom you call besidesAllah. Show
me what part of the earth they have created! Have they a share in the
heavens? ’
HaveWe given them a Book fromwhich they derive clear proofs?
Truly, vain are the promises the wrongdoers give one another.
It is Allah who keeps the heavens and the earth from falling.
Should they fall, none could hold them back but He. He is Forbearing,
Forgiving.
They solemnly swore by Allah that if a warner should come to
them they would accept his guidance more readily than did other
nations. Yet when a warner came to them, his coming only increased
their repugnance, behaving arrogantly in the land and plotting evil.
Bul evil shall recoil on those that plot evil.
